the PSTN via the internet supported by CpIP
voice gateways at both the origination and
termination destinations. It is a complete
Total Solution with in-built CPM gatekeeper
and port licenses for the billing server
to support both Prepaid and Postpaid Phone-to-Phone
VOIP services. No 3rd party billing server
and Gatekeeper will be required.
Todate, CPM gateways are extensively deployed
in many countries worldwide forming a close
network community peering with each other.
New ITSPs will be able to peer with these
existing gateway operators of the specific

This deployment requires a CP Softswitch
software module to be installed into the
LAN with the existing billing server and
VOIP gateway.
The CP Softswitch supports interoperability
CpClient (FXS Client), Microsoft NetMeeting,
Cisco ATA186 and Telian IP Phone with
a CPM or Cisco gateway for termination.
CpClient is a VoIP PCI card designed
for Client Access and Customer Premises
Equipment (CPE) applications. Features
of CpClient are:-
• auto-dial
• interoperability with Cisco gateway
and
• Cisco ATA 186 (FXS Client) connectivity
to PABX.

| CP Softswitch (CPSS) is a next generation,
packet switch that supports VoIP next
generation applications with the flexibility
to incorporate both proprietary and standard
features. Running on Microsoft OS platform
and working in tandem with Microsoft SQL
server, CPSS serves as a Central Voice
Gateway Management System for a network
of VoIP gateway and/or client devices,
allowing various call options and scenarios

billing system that supports both pre-paid

SQL database and are transmitted to the
main server. All calls flow directly from
orgination gateway to termination gateway.
Integration with IVR provides audio playback
storage file required for all pre and
post paid calling card applications. The
authentication protocol, Radius/AAA collects
and checks PIN information, account balance
and dialed number information.

With the market potential in mind, our Softswitch together with
the GSM gateways can implement a Least Call Routing to take
advantage of these Special Call Plans offered by each GSM
operators by selecting the appropriate GSM SIM card to make
the call to the designated GSM subscriber numbers at minimum call
rate offered by the GSM operator.
For VOIP/PBX/GSM Solution/Product for SMALL OFFICES & HOME USERS
(SOHO). below is a brief summary of how it works:-
1. Incomong PSTN and GSM calls will be answered by the system's IVR requesting the caller to enter the extension number.
2. If the designated extension is busy (off hook) the system will
automatically forward the call to that extension person's
mobile number via the GSM gateway.
3. The person who is physically away from the small office's/
home's GSM gateway to make a forwarding call to a PSTN or GSM
number using the Least Call route via the system.

Phone-Shop are displayed on the computer moniter screen when the walk-in customers make their payment at the cashier's counter, enabling the exact payment to be made after the completion of their
telephone calls.
2. The Phone-Shop operater will also be able to see all the CDRs in the
database of the system.
3. The GSM telephone calls are made via the Least Call Route feature provided by the system.
4. The system also allows the Phone-Shop operater to charge whatever rates he sets in the system.
5. The system automatically generates the Settement Accounts for Billing Reconciliation and Settlement with the respective GSM operator's billing statement as and when necessary.
6. If reliable internet access is available then the System will also be able to provide worldwide International Telephone Calls for walk-in customers.

8.VoIP Callback Service Provider Solution

A. Brief Technical summary on the Procecures to use CPM CallBack System using SMS (new user):-
1. User will register his phone number using Short Message Service (SMS). Format of SMS command to register as follows:
REG UserIDPassword or reg UserIDPassword
Example [i] : reg 60123456123 , where UserID = 60123456 and Secret = 123
Note : we can simplify the REG or reg command to suit your needs.
2. The registered user is now able to make miss call to the Cellgate gateway connected
with the callback system using the GSM SIM card number
3. The system will capture the Caller ID of the user and will call back the user
through the GSM gateway (CallBack Leg Termination).
4. The user receives the call and IVR will prompt them to enter Destination Number.
5. Call will be forwarded to Foward Leg termination partner and call gets connected.
6. User can Topup/Reload their credit using Short Message Service (SMS) as well.
Format of SMS command to Topup/Reload as follows :
RELOAD UserIDPassword or reload UserIDPassword
Example [i] : reg 60123456123 , where UserID = 60123456 and Secret = 123
Note : we can simplify the RELOAD or reload command to suit your needs.
B. Brief Technical Summary on the Procedures to use CPM CallBack System
using ANI/Misscall (new user)
1. New CallBack user will make miss call to the Cellgate gateway connected with
the callback system using the GSM SIM card number.
2. The system will capture the Caller ID of the user and will calls back the user
through the GSM gateway (CallBack Leg Termination).
3. The user will receives the call from the system and IVR will prompt them to enter
UserIDPassword.
4. Once user enters the UserIDPassword, user needs to press 4 to register their phone
number. Call will be disconnected.
5. Registered user will make miss call to the CellGate GSM number and the system
will call back the user through the GSM gateway service (CallBack Leg Termination)
to capture Caller ID of the user.
6. The user receives the call and IVR will prompt them to enter Destination Number.
7. Call will be forwarded to Foward Leg termination partner and calls get connected.
8. User can top-up/Reload their account through IVR. Once user receives the callback
call from the system, they can press # instead of entering the destination number to
hear the submenu option and choose option 3 for Topup/Reload the account.
9. User will be prompted to enter new UserIDPassword. Once user enter the UserID
Password, user can continue to make calls.
